Appeal by the Appellant under 49N Social Care Act 2001 to the Family Health Services Appeal Authority (FHSAA) against the Respondent's application for National Disqualification.

Appeal Allowed

1. We refer to our decision in Case No: 11838 being the Appellant’s appeal against the Respondent’s appeal to include him on the Dental List.

2. In that case we allowed the appeal and Ordered that the Appellant should be conditionally included on the list.

3. In the light of that decision we have no basis to conclude that the Appellant should be Nationally Disqualified.
